CASTABLE SHARK RIG 1.5m
DOUBLE 8/0 VMC O'SHAUGHNESSY ON STAINLESS 420LB 1.5mm NYLON COATED 

A high quality bench swaged Castable Shark Rig Suitable for medium sharks. Great for  Bronzes, Bull Sharks and Hammerheads and even Gummys. There is a nylon sinker slider attached to this rig for bank and surf casting.

Made from nylon coated Stainless steel wire, easy to grip when tracing these sharks. Hooks have been heat shrunk to keep them in an ideal position for the best hook up rates. All crimps have been heat shrunk to minimise any chance of mono damage and cut offs.

There is a twisted double wire section above the hook to minimise any chance of bite off. This section can also aid in rigging and hook placement in bait. (put hook thru bait and tie the first crimp to the baits eyes/mouth/ fillet  etc)

The rig has a swivel to stop any twist ups in the gear on retrieval, and enable easy connection via snap swivels or tying it strait on to your leader. Idealy use 1-2 m of shock leader above this rig.

Ideal for most baits including whole  Mullet, Eels (for Bullsharks). Slab baits are also ideal.
