8/0 MUTSU CIRCLE ON STAINLESS 420LB NYLON COATED 1.5MM WIRE. (4M IGFA 10kg LEGAL)

A high quality bench swaged Shark Rig Suitable for smaller to medium sharks. Great for smaller Makos, Bronzes, Bull Sharks and even Gummys. But when you do hook that monster accidentally on this rig, you can feel at ease that this rig is made from commercial grade components and properly made.  

Made from nylon coated Stainless steel wire, easy to grip when sharks. Circle Hooks have been heat shrunk to keep them in an ideal position for the best hook up rates. All crimps heat shrinked for line protection.

There is a twisted double wire section above the hook to minimise any chance of bite off. This section can also aid in rigging and hook placement in bait. (put hook thru bait and tie the first crimp to the baits eyes/mouth etc).

The rig has a swivel to stop any twist ups in the gear on retrieval, and enable easy connection via snap swivels or tying it strait on to your leader.

Ideal for most smaller baits including whole Slimies, Yakkas, Mullet, Eels (for Bullsharks). Slab baits are also ideal. If you have a Mako swimming around the boat a pilly will do just fine on this rig.
