EZ Baiter Deep Drop and Drone Deployed Beach Rig
200lb Japanese Fujiyama Mono with EZ Baiter Hooks and 3-Way Branch Swivels (NO LIGHT)

A rig designed for Shallow to Deep waters.  Suitable for most bottom species but specifically for Snapper, Gummy Shark  and  Stripey Trumpeter. You can use this rig either deployed from a beach by drone as well  as a bottom fishing or even as a deep drop rig, The 200lb mono and commercial grade EZ Baiter hooks will take on all Reefy Bottom Fish and many Deep Drop species.

EZ baiter hooks have been used by the commercial sector for many years and have proved to be a worthy hook. A combination of circle hook and long shank. The secret with this hook is the line has to go thru the barbed hook side of the eye thus angling the hook slightly against the leader. I have taken this further by having a lumo tube protector within the eye to stop abrasion on the hook eye, and that is then double guarded with a lumo protector sleeve over the top.  This will now allow for a near perfect hook up rate, exactly how I have rigged them. They are razor sharp hooks and will self-set into the fishes mouth. They are a commercial grade hook and extremely tough and durable. 

Each critical connection point has been crimped to avoid reducing leader strength with Knots. The Branch swivel used will eliminate any twist ups and are crimped with a 1 meter spacing (as are all of my deep drop rigs). This rig can be joined to another  rig via the Coastlock snap included to make 3-6-9 hook combos.

Ideal baits are whole Pillys, Squid, Fish Fillets,

•     3 x Lumo Sleeve Chafe Protectors 
•    Lumo Bead indicates top of rig
•    Coastlock swivel 270lb at bottom of rig to either attach sinker trace or another rig.
•    80 lb  Sinker Trace knotted to breakaway lead if stuck on bottom to save rig from total loss- Use lighter trace if your Drone Beach Fishing.
